How do I build up agility for soccer without buying training equipment?

run, run, and run some more... work on short sprints and distance running. If you have a soccer ball just go doen to your local elementary school and play pass with the handball walls. That will help with your touches on the ball. Also learning to juggle is not a bad thing... it is hard to do but it just takes practice to get good at it. you can go to a park or even your backyard and dribble the ball and that will help you too. The biggest suggestion i have is to find someone that you can go play with. My sister and i have been going to the park and practicing agenst eachother since we were little... I had a full ride to U of H and she has a soccer scholarship to bakersfield... It just takes practice and a lot of dedication. You dont need any equipment to be good at soccer besides a ball, a friend, and your passsion. oh and one last thing.. if you have a beach near by your house running on sand is a really good way to build up stamina.
